Marie-Claude Cano makes delectible traditional jams (bitter orange, fig, mandarin orange, grapefruit) using fruits from the orchards of the Ile de Porquerolles' botanical conservatory. Delicious olive oils (blend of 32 varieties), pressed at the Guiol mill at La Farlède. You'll find these treats at the Boulangerie Pastor, Blvd. Gambetta in Hyères, at La Capte (wine cellar of M. Soda, 04.94.58.14.81), or in Porquerolles at Cathy Legumes and Pisani Traiteur.
