This mill, in operation since 1925, uses the olives from 600 different olive growers and extracts 60 to 90,000 liters of olive oil. It produces a wide range of “extra virgin” oils, with an oil base from the Verdale de Carpentras, an olive typical to the Vaucluse. Very good house tapenade, honeys, olive wood, and soap from the mill’s oils. Visitors welcome (multilingual video). |
