A stone's throw from the port, this boutique/ restaurant specializing in Scandinavian products has been offering the best salmon for over 20 years: smoked, marinated, Norwegian, wild salmon cooked in cloth.... Authentic "glögg" can be had, as well as fresh pan-fried blinis, wild salmon eggs, a dozen herring marinated in sweet-sour sauce. Also 30 vodkas, aquavit, Alsace white wines, and Danish beer.
