This pastry shop revisits classics (religieuses, eclairs, macaroons) and creates new sensations (hazelnut cookie with vanilla mousse; mango-apple jelly; chestnut cream “spaghetti” pastry)... in individual portions. Delicious, but be forewarned that new items are quickly replaced by even newer creations. Large family-size cakes possible by order. Light, savory midday snacks.
