Francis Fenocchio opened this boutique-workshop a few years ago on the La Gaude hillside across from IBM. Same traditional craftsmanship as in the Nice boutiques. Close to 100 flavors: basil, tomato, fig, lavender, vanilla-olive oil, rosemary, thyme, melon, verbena ice creams.... Tasting on the terrace in season. |
