La Fourchette

The Four Seasons knows how to place a palace in the country without inflicting it with golden edges. The hotel complex is like a protected Provençal hamlet surrounded by nature. It lives the luxury life with discretion but has undertaken a review of its gastronomy. Barely having garnered its second Michelin star, La Faventia changed course last year and Philippe Jourdin, who brought them, left the place. Today the priority is on a good table which will cut back some while focusing on quality and culinary identity. After four seasons at the elbow of Philppe Jourdin, Stéphanie Le Quellec, 28 years old and a veteran of the Georges V, assures continuity in the kitchen. The restaurant should reorient toward a simplified, feminine, "trendy" cuisine which we have not been able to judge. Our rameau are thus reserved for this season. |
