Philippe Kopecky, over 10 years at Clocher, has added this wine-bar restaurant, all wood and mirrors with specials on the chalkboard. Platters of Corsican charcuterie, pork jowl confit with rosemary, tapas spirit from other Souths, from the Lebanese platter to the mini-kebap of lamb; a "required" saint-marcellin done up in a very Bocuseian style... brings together fellows who find the devilish place a bit more calmly priced than Clocher - possibly truer to the region - as well as a more convivial atmosphere. Some world vintages join Bordeaux, Provence, and Rhone valley wines on the card.
