Villa Archange (Bastide Bruno Oger)  

There is life after the Croisette. Bruno Oger proves it at Cannet, a few minutes from the center of Cannes. The ex-chef of La Villa des Lys invested heavily in a 5,000 sq. meter park which was nothing but ruins and has transformed it into an elegant bastide that includes a gastronomic table, a bistro, and a bar. La Villa carries his gastronomic ambitions, well on its way since last winter. Frog's leg cappuccino with sweet garlic; line-caught turbot with shellfish and Aquitaine caviar; broiled veal jowl and cèpe raviole; finally "Traou Mad" with vanilla and exotic fruits.... Gastronomy version Bruno opens on a new horizon - quite obvious when he marries simplicity and luxury - duo of artichokes poivrade and black truffle with hazelnut oil - as well as an elegant classicism.
