A new life for the newly renamed Radisson Blu 1835 Hotel and Thalasso. View on the bay and the Lerins Islands, sober elegance, dreamlike decor. In the 7th floor restaurant, Raynald Thivet's cuisine, classically disciplined, offers the South with taste and balance. Braised loup with Bandol wine and vegetable gratin; broiled lamb chop and iced carrot greens with cumin... are of a well constructed, consensual gastronomy with some Provençal crus. Nicely composed dishes. Cheeses from Cèneri, of course, and delicate desserts (mango-coconut dome, granité with old rum). And then we have the "Thermes Marins de Cannes" and the seawater therapy. A secret passage leads to the town's first seawater therapy center, a new health and well-being space on the Côte d'Azur. Light stone, blond wood, incredible space (3,000 sq. meters)... the asset of a charming "off Croisette" hotel with new ambitions.
