The first pizzeria in Bormes - almost 60 years of Sicilian family cooking - maintains its edge. Sylvia churns out trim and crusty pizzas in four sizes; house antipasti; eggplant marinated in olive oil; green salad with grilled pinenuts and chunks of pecorino cheese; veal brochette with mint flavor; spaghetti with clams; bocconcini (rolled veal stuffed with fresh cheese); cherry ice cream....
