Just five minutes from town center via the Route Napoleon, this demure residence welcomes the traveler with comfortable rooms, furnishings from 1900, and a 3-hectare park of cedar, olive trees, and linden with ponds, fountains, and a roman bath. A green get-away. Anne-Françoise and Georges-Eric Martin offer family cooking, simple and tasty, featuring good, organic ingredients with a priority to vegetables grown in the garden: eggplant salad; gratins; lamb; rabbit with herbs and polenta; house pies... and a short local wine card. Smiling welcome from Georges-Eric and the atmosphere of a guest home. Dinner (hotel guests only) is served at 8:00 p.m., and don't think about watching television while you wait. There aren't any.
