Restaurant Cassini  

In the village center, Cassini remains. But without Philippe Martin, who passed on a year ago - a discreet cook and true defender of the region. Murielle, his wife, who worked side-by-side with him, has taken the reins of their gastronomy in this roadside restaurant with two rooms and a sunny terrace. Same simplicity; same recipes from the countryside; same frank savors and great respect for the product. Cod filet; risotto and creamed Parmesan; duck magret and black cherry compote; tender lamb shoulder roasted with basil; polenta and vegetables; finally desserts - at once familial and refined - red fruit gratin with lemon; apricot tartilette with honey and rosemary... are honest work. The beautiful cellar still offers great selections from "around here" as well as Provence vintages.
