Aurore and Olivier Scola have created a lovely bistro and show just how well two people can work together. She runs the front of the house, delivering a robust baguette almost as soon as you're seated. He works the stoves, using simple, seasonal products with originality for a concise carte that changes weekly on the chalkboard. Bone marrow, mushroom, pineapple; mackerel, butternut squash, hazelnuts; pain perdu, beetroot confit, Matcha tea sauce... represent a typical menu. The chef blends ingredients with finesse using variations learned at some of the best culinary establishments. Service is relaxed, and the atmosphere convivial.
