Everyone is talking about this small gastronomic table without pretensions run by two veterans of l'Oustau de Baumanière in the pedestrian zone. Intimate, well-cared-for interior; relaxed but professional service; and a percussive chef whose style is more jazz then classical. He composes his menus daily depending on the markets, focusing on the Mediterranean and making excursions into the Southwest.
