Jean-Jacques Gonzales' brasserie occupies a strategic position between town center and Cap d'Antibes. From breakfast to dinner we come for the daily specials offered on the chalkboard: petits farcis and mesclun; cheese tortelloni; good Niçois salad even if it breaks the rules (with slices of smoked tuna); roasted saint-pierre threads and sauteed artichoke with coriander; beef tartar; parselied veal liver; roasted prawns and risotto; lamb cutlet with sarriette; Bedot aged cheeses; specialty breads and ice creams... and Provence wines.
