The Berrut family has a sense of the bistro, of following ideas, and more than one wine to serve. Here we find the updated version of Le Cave of Marc Berrut and his son Norman which celebrate with regional dishes just 30 meters away on Blvd. de la Republique. This is the contemporary version: words on the ceiling, cinema stars on the walls... etc. It's uplifting, gently gourmand with salads, club sandwiches, delicious charcuteries, Piedmontese pizza, and comfort food on the chalkboard.
