Latest born of the luxury hotels in the Saint-Tropez region, Muse, managed by Celia Gumbau is the new establishment of the Malaysion group YTL Hotels and Properties. This designer cocoon on the hillside is declined in 15 suites, some of which reach 100 to 115 sq. meters with garden and private pool. Think zen eco-spa, mill with dried stone, waterfalls, exceptional services, and techno-decorative details. Cooking is conferred to Breton Nicolas le Toumelin, whose One-O-One in London was once designated "best fish restaurant in Great Britain", while the truffle side draws on Clément Bruno (Lorgues). Blue lobster risotto; line-caught loup flambee with thyme; artichoke barigoule; truffled potatoes... lay out a mixture of Mediterranean and Var country scenes. A "high cuisine" table to follow. |
