La Table Cinq  

It's the up-and-coming table on Cinq Avenues. Not in town center, of course, but the tramway or metro can bring you here in a wink. You won't be disappointed - well maybe a little bit with the mishandled crab verrine with radish gel which came out like a large yogurt. But rabbit with mustard stuffed with wild thyme and accompanied by minted salsify; langoustines with veal on a shortbread of polenta with chestnut.... The creativity is evident. Jean-Claude De Lanfranchi and Pierre Lamour trade off delivering dishes. The carte is succinct; the suggestions only the most fresh. For lunch, or a gently gastronomic dinner at prices that are still nice... quick, before it goes away!
