Florentine decor, olive trees, terrace garden facing the Mediterranean and the Port. This is the family-style palace of Jean Lorenzi and his daughter Isabelle, in a Riviera atmosphere that the novelty seekers would eschew. In charge of the stoves: Georges Pélissier, a man with confidence and a taste for moving forward. Broiled boletus mushrooms in vinegar marinade, prawns tempura with soy vinaigrette, peppers and ginger confit; tuna tournedos with Italian bacon en cocotte with vegetables and Bordeauxx; caramelized coffee and hazelnut biscuit with mascarpone cream... strike a balance between classicism and the latest news. The seafood menu confirms the rigor of the products in, for example, prawns brochette with mushrooms; sea urchin risotto. Attentive service and a superb wine cellar, especially in Bourgognes with a short round in Provence, and some wines by the glass at the beach restaurant.
