A sentinal on the Route Napoleon: for 25 years Yves and Patricia Lepine have welcomed tourists and locals alike - now in a renovated dining room. Traditional cuisine continues to be the order of the day: The local salad changes with the market (mesclun, tomato confit, duck strips, and dried tomatoes with citrus) and keeps company with fois gras terrine and truffle and pinenut brouillade; country pork raviolis; roasted lamb with thyme and girolles; crème brûlée.... These victuals give good nourishment, especially during the game and mushroom seasons. Honest regional wine card.
