Hôtel Crillon le Brave  

This refined hotel makes its home in the most imposing building of the village, a 16th century presbytery which surfs atop the Provence greenery like a great stone ship. The setting calls for cuisine equal to an international (mostly English and American) clientele. At press time we don't know what will happen this season at this luxurious estate. The only certainty is that the chef will be John Ellis, arrived from Ireland in 2011. Let's hope that, with him, the table at this establishment, somewhat set back these last two years, regains its heights.
