Beauty and superb cooking combine here to excellent effect. Jean-Louis and Jocelyne Sibuet preside over an operation that delivers the same charm no matter what season. The quest for the artistic finds its way into everything here. In the kitchen, Lauren Houdart, who worked with Elisabeth Bourgeois, augments the idyllic setting with the simple and the fresh. At lunch, composed platters (salads, bruschetta with artichoke cream and tomato, grilled tuna filet); at dinner more elaborate meals (golden prawns Chinese style; Provençal caillettes with herbs; crème brulée with lavender fragrance)... all accompanied by house wines from Domaine de Marie. Note well: the restaurant is not open to outside customers except by reservation.
