François Wolff's auberge has given itself a facelift with renovation of the restaurant and the terrace. This former postal relay turns its back on the road, and is all the better for it. The country side overlooking the green Bastidon valley is what we like. The cuisine is in this image, poised and a bit dated. Foie gras with carmelized apples; fine tarte of langoustines and basil-tomatoes; beef Rossini; loup en tapenade; lamb with vegetable gratin... represent the ensemble of Southern classicism. The opulent wine card holds Bordeauxx grand crus and good Provence domains. The wisdom of a traditional place between the coastline and Grasse, with a bucolic atmosphere.
