JW Grill Cannes (Hôtel JW Marriott)  

The Palais Stéphanie has been renovated with modernity and elegance: large spaces, new suites and luminous rooms, very "Cannes cinema" and big screen, and now bears the mark of JW Marriott. The restaurant is a flower of the Croisette in chic brasserie spirit with terrace lounge, leather seats, and soft colors. Here we find a Grand South of flavors, on their way to visit Asia. Shrimp risotto with lime; roasted calamari with coconut and pineapple; loup filet pan-fried with coriander legumes; roasted lamb en cocotte; spice bread and pan-fried raisin confit with Riesling; crème brulée with verbena. Vivacious, fresh, and not excentric, this is among the best on the Croisette. The reasonable wine card offers well chosed Provence labels.
