Laura marks 20 years of Italian bistro cooking in her agreeable "cucina" a few paces from the Rue d'Antibes. In her festive noontime table, Laura entertains in good humor, serving the malicious, latin preparations of Mario Paviolo, from Turin. His cuisine is simple, fresh, with organic tendencies. "House" antipasti; ricotta-blette ravioli; raviolini with artichokes or with clams; zucchini; chocolate cake; tiramisu... which go well with selected Italian wines. The ham slicer in encamped in the center of the room and Laura's laughter permeates this pocket-sized trattoria which shows Cannes how it's done.
