This delightful institution (hotel, opened in 1955, tastefully renovated in an 18th century house) sits on one of the historic squares of the village, overlooking the former fishing port. From one season to another, a proven classicism continues. Christian Geay offers petits farcis, compote of rabbit and sweet onions; goat cheese and tomato flan; lotte and prawns in flaky pastry; grilled swordfish with spices; marinated lamb brochette; or red fruit Tropézienne... which keep company with wines from neighboring domains. Things get frantic in season; charm returns with the Fall.
